A scheduled appointment is your personal time that we have set aside for our work together and you will be financially responsible for these sessions.

In the event you need to cancel, there is a 24 hour notification policy. Cancellations with less then 24 hours will be charged the full fee.

If it is possible to find another opening during that week to reschedule your session, there won't be a cancellation charge. It is my intention to provide you with the greatest opportunity to reschedule an appointment, but please be aware, I can't guarantee that I will have an opening that will fit your schedule.

Because of work and family schedules, exceptions to the standard cancellation policy needs to be discussed in advance to accommodate both parties' time constraints and to provide the highest quality of care.

Insurance policies do not reimburse for missed or cancelled sessions. You will be responsible for the full reimbursable amount charged.
